Prerequisite: Successful completion of all LTS Level 2 skills or Aquatic Supervisor approval.
Building on the stroke introduction provided in LTS Level 2, this course will improve participants’ proficiency in performing the swimming strokes. Skills covered may include compact and stride dives, swimming underwater, open turns, treading water, front crawl, breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke, back crawl, and sidestroke. Next level dependent on ability to meet stroke performance criteria.
